Refund policy

LungLab offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to return:

1. Email us at admin@lunglab.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions.
3. Ship the item back at your own cost (unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent).
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), consumers have the right to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose.
